Ar. [Founder Name] founded Studio Vastyukt in Bhopal to practise architecture that starts from the place rather than from a template. The work spans houses, schools, markets, heritage sites and urban plans, and it keeps returning to the same questions: how a building handles sun and rain, who it serves, and what it is made of.
The studio's approach rests on local materials, local skills and patient research. Drawings are tested on site, and buildings are designed so that local masons can repair them. Heritage work is treated as a continuing conversation with the people who use the buildings.
